I walked in and the gentleman greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing and how he could help me. I had an Amazon return and was unsure how to do it. He tried to help and realized it was a format they don't use. He asked the woman to help me. She was very kind. She looked at my phone, cleared my return on the site, re entered it and completed it with the format they use. She explained everything and was so nice. Will definitely be using this store again!!
