By far the best customer service I've experienced anywhere. The employees that are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable about their products, super nice and always upbeat. Super cool and interesting store and you're guaranteed an amazing customer service experience every single time you go in the Dandi Lion!! I'm not even playing, the employees are always very genuine and extremely kind.
The Dandi Lion quickly became one of my favorites. The owner and staff are all super friendly they are professional but in the same manner like a friend. They always greet me with a smile and remember me. Some of them even remember the products that I can't have and that in itself makes a person feel respected and appreciated as a customer. Way to go The Dandi Lion!
I called before coming to make sure they had what I wanted since the place is a out of the way for me, but they were happy to help! The selection and prices are better than most places back home, and all the staff I've met were very nice. Ran into a friend on the way out too, I guess I'm late to the party lol. I'll definitely be back. :)
