The manager, James, is a really great guy! Had a little mishap with an item being shipped but he went out of his way to make sure is still got my correct package in time! Most of the staff is nice and helpful. The owner has a personality of a carrot. And if you are new to a game, do yourself a favor and play somewhere else. The magic community here is full of sweaty min/maxers that view themselves as "elite"
