I've spent a good bit of time shopping in the store recently. I have yet to have a bad experience with staff. They all seem to be very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to the products. Every question has been answered. They are super friendly and inviting. The store itself is extremely clean and inviting. Every time I've been in there's something going on. Either players in the backroom playing in tournaments, or staff interacting with customers. You will not feel ignored here. I have purchased single packs, etb's, boosters, and various other Pokémon products. Packs are fully sealed, kept nicely, and HAVE HITS. Prices are still cheaper the the scalper prices but don't promote people from buying all the stock to resell. This is the state of the market now. Huge bonus to the consistent stock of not just new releases but almost everything. Overall its been a 10/10 experience thus far.

Had an amazing experience with Ben M.- I brought our son age 12 who was looking for the latest Pokémon. Ben M. helped us with genuine kindness and expertise. He allowed us to open the packs purchased right there which brought more excitement! Will definitely be back!
My Experience: This was my first time visiting, and it turned out to be a great one. I came in looking for Final Fantasy cards without really knowing the pricing. A team member named Ben M. helped me out a lot seriously, he made the whole experience better. At first, I bought a single package, but minutes later I learned I could get an entire case — and save money doing it. Ben explained everything, and I was able to grab the case and still have enough left over to get even more cards. Because of that kind of honesty and helpfulness, this is now my #1 go-to spot unless it ever starts feeling like one of those money-hungry shops around town, which this definitely didn’t. I’ve already told friends about it, and some of them came in and picked up cards and a case too. Thanks again, Ben M— you earned a repeat customer. I absolutely recommend this place.
