I have a great experience the first time getting my card graded. I got a 9.5 grade for a limited card of Ohtani. Went back and dropped off another card today. Hopefully do not need to wait too long to see how this one will be graded.
Overall, I had an excellent experience with TGA! The price is very reasonable compared to competitors right now with no hidden fees or upcharges ($20/card for standard). The customer service is great, as they update you at every step of the way and answer any questions you have. The slabs feel high quality and you can choose the color of the labels themselves. Grading feels strict, yet fair and consistent. Got my cards back within the updated turn-around time (45 business days). I would love to see an option for subgrades and a population report in the future though.
