On two seperate occasions, we’ve asked for help locating pieces for our RCV (and had the vehicle there with us for reference) and have been given the wrong parts. I specifically sought out an employee to avoid choosing the wrong things. He made the selections and assured me they were what I need, bringing the items up to the counter for me (so it’s not like I just grabbed the wrong one). Unfortunately, they have a strict no return policy, so even though we were erroneously told these parts will work (and they definitely don’t), we are unable to return them to get our money back. This stuff is too expensive for the employees not to be knowledgeable enough to help customers make the right selections for their RCV. I wanted to support local, but after losing this much money (and the 30-min drive each way), we’ll be ordering future parts online, so we can be sure we’re getting the correct parts for our model. On the positive, the employees seemed polite and willing to help… Just wish they knew what they were talking about enough to make effective recommendations.
