My daughter is a student at Fr. Lewis college and had the screen go out on her MacBook over the weekend. She stopped in Monday morning at 8:30 and pickup the Mac up at 2 on Tuesday, a mere 29.5 hours later. I was shocked that the Ranch was able to get a screen that fast from Apple and get the work done. My daughter was back up and running and super appreciative of the service and the way she was treated. We did have Apple Care on the laptop and it certainly paid off in this case.
