I absolutely enjoy going to Mighty Meeple. They have a very wide range of hobbies to pick from. Everything from tabletop gaming, to Legos, to plushies, and of course, card games! They run a LOT of MTG events which is awesome. I left that scene a long time ago, but their weekly events and special events for new releases are awesome. They have a great selection of terrain to use for us tabletop gaming folks. I wish they had a couple more dedicated table top gaming tables, but the expansion to the store they did a few years ago made now only gaming space, but also product space massive! If you enjoy any sort of card or tabletop hobby definitely worth stopping by! Oh, and I almost forgot the two best parts. 1) they have snacks and drinks, including adult beverages! They allow you to open a running tab while there and they have local sweet treats often as well (cake pops, Rice Krispies, brownies and cookies) so they are helping the locals and themselves. Win win! 2) loyal points. Every hundred dollars spent you get ten dollars in store credit. Talk about awesome!!! I've definitely gotten my fair share of loyalty points over the years.

The Mighty Meeple is hands down the best game store in the Charlotte area. First off, they have an impressive selection of card games, miniatures, board games and accessories. However, what really sets them apart is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about both the products they sell and the community. You can tell they genuinely care and that makes all the difference. I keep coming back because it’s more than just a store, it’s a place that supports the hobby and the people who love it.
My husband and I started coming here to do MTG pre-release and draft events at the beginning of the summer, and ended up coming here all the time for everything TT-gaming related ever since. They always sell new products at barely above--if not at--MSRP value, and if market demand is high, their prices are still waaaay more reasonable than TCG or online shop can offer. The store is always clean and well-organized, including the spacious back section where anyone can come in and play games or participate in events. The staff are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Best game shop I've frequented in the Carolinas!!
