I’ve been a loyal customer of this store for over a decade and have always appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and great service. Unfortunately, my most recent visit left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned. From the moment my daughter and I walked in, an employee named Gabe began engaging us in conversation. What started as casual small talk quickly shifted, as he directed most of his attention toward my daughter, who is underage. Despite her giving very little response, he continued trying to talk with her throughout our time in the store. At one point, he even asked her to follow him for a new card show they’re running, and when she didn’t respond, he brought it up again later. His persistence and focus on her felt inappropriate and unprofessional, creating an overall uncomfortable experience for both of us. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and have never felt uneasy leaving this store until now. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all customers — especially families — can continue to feel comfortable and respected while visiting.

I came all the way from Valdosta, GA to Anaheim, CA and happened to find this sports card store while looking for some Lakers merchandise. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, but I also discovered some true gems! The store is extremely organized, and the staff went above and beyond to help me. They even packed up my cards in a way that made it easy to carry on my flight. I was super impressed with their collection and customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back, both in person and online. A must-visit for anyone into sports memorabilia!
The staff at OC Dugout are very considerate. I went into sell an item and they provided me a very fair price. I’ve had several dealings with them and they are very professional and provide an excellent price. So glad that someone else will enjoy the items I brought in.
