First impression, the "shop" is a mess. Not just disorganized, but very dirty everywhere. Barely greeted by who I'm assuming was the only person working there when we walked in. When asked about if they carry a certain product (because of the mess, we had no idea where to start), we were told to just go back and look around. Didn't bother getting up off the couch or ask to help. When we did find something (very limited selection), he wanted above market price for damaged merchandise. Very rude and dismissive, the "shop" was in horrible shape, lack of product options. This isn't a card/hobby shop, it seems like it's a personal hangout place for employees to do whatever they please, as long as it doesn't involve successfully running a business. Absolutely terrible experience!
My kiddo brought their energy cards to the owner to borrow. The owner then took them and distributed them amongst his decks. He did not keep track of the cards. When it came time to returning the cards he instead filled half the box with junk, took the dividers and any specialty cards. Of the energy cards returned, it was only basic cards. When I asked for all of the cards back that were lent the owner says "we dont keep track of inventory like that". What a joke. I wouldn't trust him with my kids or collectibles. Seems he takes advantage of both.
I got a 3D printed insert for a board game that I have and it's absolutely perfect! everything fits into place with 0 issues. It only took a few days to get made on top of it which was fantastic! If you need 3D printed material the Oracle Game Store is the place to go!
