A friend got me to return to Pokemon collecting back in March 2025 and we've become regulars at card shows and shops around Southern New England. The stark contrast of this shop vs. any other in a 50 mile radius is disappointing. The gentleman that runs it is just not capable of customer service anymore. I've purchased from him a few times since 2022 and I feel bad if something has happened but he makes saying "hello" into a chore. He rarely gets up from his computer station in the back of the shop to tend to customers. He has nearly every Pokemon product above market value and refuses to budge even $5 on bulk deals. I've tried to strike up conversation and he doesn't bite. What's worse is I've discussed local card shops with vendors at shows and they all have the same thing to say: avoid this shop. I'm not a fan of leaving bad reviews, but the final straw was calling to inquire about new stock: he told me he has two left, tells me their price (over market), I drive to him to purchase and go to purchase one and he refuses to sell them unless I'm purchasing both. Absurd waste of time. It's your shop, dude -- you're free to run it how you want. But I'm free to leave a review to inform customers looking for Pokemon product: there's over 10 stores now within 35 miles that actually love their customers, set fair prices, will cut deals, and I'm happy to say I have a friendship with. I hope the sports or MTG card side of your business has people that don't care if your attitude is trash because they're the only thing that's going to keep this venture afloat.

Amazing card shop. It has a great selection of cards. I'm definitely coming back here again.
