The Toy Factory

Highly recommend! The Toy Factory is tucked away inside a quaint interior thoroughfare and has a great selection of card games/paraphernalia (and what looks like a welcoming space for play, though I didn't have the chance on this visit!) John is very friendly and helpful, and I look forward to coming back for future releases.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience. I was informed that the event was full and was consequently turned away. However, shortly after, multiple other individuals were admitted. This inconsistency was frustrating and unfair, especially as I had made the effort to followed all expected protocols.

Took my son to see if they were interested in buying cards from us . My son was excited to sell his cards. They greated us when we go there they asked my son what he needed. My son replied I was trying to sell some cards and guy behind the counter said 'not interested' terrible customer service. My son was crushed. There is a million ways this could have been said.
