I have frequented this place many times, and spent A LOT of money here on OVER market price cards. However one specific incident left a really sour taste in my mouth, which will never allow me to step foot in there again. I found two of the SAME EXACT item yet there was a price discrepancy, visibly they were the same just two different price stickers, and they charged me the higher price on both items after a rather lengthy conversation with their manager. I am pretty positive there are certain laws in place that protect the customer from this exact type of interaction. Consider yourself lucky all your getting is a poor Google review and the loss of my business, pity.
This was a decent store at one time. Not anymore. All of the employees who could actually help customers are gone. Now you go in there and you’re lucky if anyone acknowledges you or offers any help. I went this past Sunday and was actually acknowledged! However it was just for the employee working to inform they are closing soon. She explained they close ten minutes earlier than the mall. This is not posted anywhere and their own mall listing lists that they are open until 6. 💩
