Salem was absolutely incredible! Not only was he super knowledgeable with tons of great comic recommendations, but he also took the time to chat with me about some of my favorite characters especially the Flash family. It felt like talking to a friend who genuinely loves comics as much as I do. Honestly, this was hands-down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been a customer here for several decades. Always friendly and knowledgeable staff and great selection of new release comic books. The box customer program is awesome. consistently through the years the staff takes the time to get to know customer preferences and recommends new titles. I’ve also picked up quite a few awesome statues and action figures. While the product offerings vary over time with consumer preferences, it is the excellent customer service that keeps me coming back.
