I took my son here yesterday to spend some birthday money since he's really into pokemon and the whole fam plays. The guys at the counter were so nice and helpful and even gave the kiddos a couple freebies. They were so sweet! We definitely will be returning!

The staff are friendly and nice but the commander events they run are unorganized and unclear. We were informed that there were 2 rounds and 12 players so there were going to be 4 pods of 4. Our game finished early so I asked wanna play another game while we wait for the other pods to finish. After the second game we still finished while other pods were still playing and when I asked when would the rounds be over, one of the regulars that was on our pod had already claimed the wins for both rounds and the event was already over for us within less than an hour. Then it was explained it was on us as the players to switch up the pods if we choose to. And this wasn't the first time an event like this had happened but the circumstances were different. Instead there was 9 players and there was 1 pod of 4 that refused to play anyone else. So for the first round it was a pod of 4, 3, and 2. For the second round it wad a pod of 4 and pod of 5 for a commander game. And for trade in you can get 40% in cash value and 50% in store credit
The staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection and I love getting lost in the dice section browsing for any new sets to add to my collection. Highly recommend visiting! And check out the new D&D series on Wednesdays
