We have done many buy list with this company and it’s always a long slow process. Always takes way longer than promised to get paid. They always pay less than what was first said. This is the last time we will deal with troll and toad. We have waited well over 3 months for payment on cards we sent out. Zero communication on what was taking so long until February 11th. They sent a email stating they completely stopped all buy list payments due to a glitch in their system. Letting customers know that instead of telling them to continue to be patient would have been nice. 0 stars for this company. Do not recommend. 👎🏻

Do NOT sell to them. Like others experiencing the same, I sent $400.00 worth of cards through the buy list and they came back stating the pack fresh cards are not near mint. Fine, I asked them to ship the cards back (which they made me pay for shipping) and send over the money for the cards they accepted. It’s been months and I’ve yet received my cards back or the money from the buy list. They have now ignored my emails and no other updates have been provided. I’ve purchased and sold cards in the past and never had any issues but this is HORRIBLE. Never again!
Would strongly recommend steering clear of this company at all costs. They presently owe me more than $500 for cards I sold to them two months ago and have now gone completely radio silent on the matter. It has now been three weeks with no further updates since their last and only response to my query regarding when I would be receiving my check, in which they claimed my payment would be made a priority. I have since followed up several times by email, made a number of unanswered calls, and left a voicemail, all to no avail. I have been reasonable and respectful in all my communications and there is absolutely no conceivably valid reason for my having gone this long without hearing back from them. This experience has been incredibly disheartening and I feel as though my only path forward toward a resolution from here is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and work through them to secure the hundreds of dollars they owe me for cards I sold to them, along with the safe return of all of the cards they refused to accept based on condition but are still holding on to despite my having long since provided a payment method and all other necessary details for return shipping. Suffice to say, I am superlatively disappointed.
