Had a great experience just this afternoon. Went in with my boy and checked out the shop. They had, in my opinion, the most diverse selection of Pokémon product in the area. Graded, singles, blisters, booster bundles, ETBs, Booster Boxes (Japanese and English), SPCs and then even some older Sun and Moon collection boxes. Beyond the selection, was the service. The attendant was pleasant and helpful. He was willing to negotiate and bundle products together that I was interested in. I know all the card shops in the area. I’ve had good experiences elsewhere, but this is the best I’ve had in a long time. This will be my go to spot moving forward.
Took over 15 minutes to finally attend us at their shop, my partner had to call the owner to assist us and he said he would be there. Finally after we walked out, he whistled at us and kept saying "we are open"... how embarrassing. This place is a joke and an unserious business, would avoid at all costs. Good luck defending yourself owner from this review.
