Today was my 2nd trip here and it’s a solid place with a convenient location. One of the only places I’ve found any Pokemon in stock. Both times I’ve gone Matt was working and he was awesome to chat with and very helpful. I really liked how the store holds onto cards people didn’t want and gives them out to kids that come in. I went back to bring some cards to add to that pool today, very wholesome practice I want to support! I especially like the ETB policy of market price for sealed but MSRP (or close to it) if you let them break the seal in store! Would love to see this policy expanded.

So many people upset over Pokemon prices. Customer service is great. Everyone is super knowledgeable. They explain to why sometimes sealed product is so high. Their singles though, great prices!
I think that this shop has some fair prices, compared to many of the stores that I have been to. I think they have a really good potential, since there are little to none card stores in West Hartford. I hope that they are able to improve, and grow as big as the one in Buckland. One thing I would say, please have more pokemon singles for purchase!
