Words can barely express the absolutely amazing experience I had. The level of customer service I received from Brandon and the rest of the guys was above and beyond any I’ve ever received. Brandon took the time to help me find items that were not in stock and difficult to find. My company buys things from hobby shops quite often and I don’t think we will ever buy from anywhere else again.
Brandon is a solid guy to deal with and to answer your questions. I have bought many parts and trucks through him. He’s very friendly and honest. Definitely a place to shop if you need RC parts or buying for your first time.
Brandon’s customer service is top tier. He was very helpful with everything I had questions with and he took the time to educate me on parts and how they’ll work with my set up. He even took the time to solder a battery for me on a Saturday when they were busy. Definitely will continue to come here
