Went here Saturday at 1:30pm and the store was completely empty. My local hobby shop has 3 or 4 games going on during the weekend with another guy running a combat patrol or demo to new people. This store should be trying to promote the hobby but instead you have a guy at the register that couldn't be bothered to help the only person in the store.
My friend and I were just passing by the store and decided to step in because it looked really interesting. I didn’t know anything about Warhammer before, but the people inside were incredibly warm and welcoming. Especially Peter, he enthusiastically explained everything about it, patiently guided us through building a character right there in the store, and even gave it to us. It was such a fun short visit, and honestly, this is exactly how a store should operate, making someone with zero knowledge curious and excited about something others geek over. Now I’m genuinely interested in learning more. Huge thanks to Peter and the team for such a great experience!

Arrived today at 12:30 to find a closed shop with no notice, ran some errands and came back around 1:30 to still find them closed. It seems from reading other reviews like this is a regular occurrence, which seems like a crazy way to run a business. Good selection when they are open, but I would recommend Compleat Strategist for a decent selection of citadel paints and minis in a store that’s reliably open.
Went here three times. Once during Wednesday at 12 PM in which they were closed. And the other two during Thursdays at like 4 PM shortly after they re-open. Its a nice shop. So I would recommened going during that time if you can. There are some displays but not a lot. The Store isn't that big but it gets the job done. The Employee was friendly (quite frankly I don't remember their name). Seems very knowledgable of the Warhammer franchise in general. Bought myself a book (Horus Rising) as recommended the employee. The stuff in there is expensive so I really couldn't buy much. Overall, its a nice store. Not too big, but it does have the figurines, paints and books someone from the Warhammer Franchise would want. (They also gave me a free figurine)
