These guys always help me get what I'm looking for. If they don't have it, they'll order it in most cases. Very knowledgeable, and very good at communicating through the text system!
At the end of the day it looks like money has one you guys over. Why triple msrp prices? I see you respond to complaints about customer service but deceptive sale tactics for tacg is too far. Collectibles and vintage overpricing is one thing but over pricing new releases of pokemon, Yugio, and MTG is disappointing. Sad. Repulsive. There is more money t ok be made by sheer quantity of low prices objects as opposed to a few crazy overpriced items.
