I learned about Game Traders Club when looking to rent a Steam Deck for a long trip. I had a great experience working with Todd, who was very professional and responsive. They shipped it to me quickly and the unit was in excellent condition. Highly recommend their service.
The new location really is bigger and allows for more show of stock and designs, it really is nice. Unfortunately, the biggest issue I have is that the staff do not want to engage with the customers. I have been in a bunch with the intention of buying a new system or other electronics, but not once have I been acknowledged by the staff outside of a glance up from a phone or computer. I have also noticed a few of the times I am in, other customers trying to get the attention of employees a few times before they pay attention. Great place, but seemingly uninterested staff.
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The team that works here is like family. Our whole family enjoys going here every chance we get. They are constantly getting new stock in daily. As a former video game store owner turned Collector, I really enjoy the effort these guys put in, to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated. I couldn't ask for a better hometown game store.
