My partner and I have come in from time to time over the last few years and have often enjoyed our experiences, but lately things seem to be changing and not for the better. Pricing has always been touch-and-go with local stores, but sticking to high market prices, not to mention the change in employees, is noticeable as is the attitude present for the new ones. If they’re not openly gossiping and talking to one another about problems with each other and management they’re quick to try and help to get you to leave. It didn’t feel like this with previous staff! What should be a comforting environment now feels like a sales pitch or a cafeteria in a high school. Hope things change, we love to come here.
Very helpful and friendly place with lots of inventory! Luis in particular took a lot of time with my wife and I to teach us all about pokemon and it was a fantastic experience!! So much fun and great vibes.
Very helpful staff. Staff is really funny. Turned a single purchase into 3 separate transactions cause they helped us find what we needed to get and helped us with building a commander deck.
