It seems like there is a reoccurring theme with lgs and a lack of communication. Meando friend went to the store for a pre-release of set that we were looking forward to all day only to be informed that the pre-release was being handled completely differently compared to every single other shop that I've got to. Just like other shops, their approach to handling this change and format was not communicated properly through the usual vendings. Especially the app that is used to sign up. Definitely not coming back here again, I would suggest games of Martinez if you want real communication.

Do not recommend buying anything from them online. Ordered from them three weeks ago. Wasn’t sent tracking info despite requesting it; called during business hours — no answer; sent three emails — no response; package never arrived. Don’t believe it was ever sent, yet they currently have my money.
Amazing prices and customer service. Prices are always fair and never ever reach scalper territory. Staff is helpful and responsive. Will continue to support for years to come
