The woman working was terribly rude and refused to give her manager's number, stating that "she lives in New Hampshire and doesn't give out her personal number." This was all over a $2 purchase that she refused to exchange for my 9 year old sister (a disappointingly non-bouncy bouncy ball). I will never return to this store and I'll be sure that others don't as well. This store is very poorly run.
