I can only speak to buying cards and merchandise here. I find the prices to be fair. Some folks complain about them being high but if you want the best selection and the cards in your hand that day, you need to be willing to pay a little extra for that. I’m not a business owner but no one charges retail and if they do it is not sustainable. I believe that all the staff are good people with good intentions. Everytime I walk in until the time I leave I always feel welcome. They have the best selection of birds gear in the state, perhaps even New England. The legend Jimmy Hats also works there and in my book that’s all I need to know. Jim’s is a great place!
