I never ever leave reviews on any place, but the experience I had there had me for sure wanting to leave one. The owner was so welcoming, greeting us and making conversation with us! We were there looking for movies and he was very helpful and made us feel so at home, which sounds odd but you just have to go and meet the owner! I have never met such a welcoming person and his wife was also very sweet and nice! Also they have such amazing things for the most reasonable prices ever! I hate going to places that over price things but not here, every single thing had the most reasonable price. I will gladly spend money here always and we will be back! Please, please, please go check it out!
Rarely do I take time out of my busy schedule to write a review but this place absolutely deserves one, a stellar one at that. It’s important in this community to support one another as well as small businesses. This is hardly the reason I am writing this. I am writing this because of how I was treated during my time there. The owner was beyond professional, he took time to not only help me with what I was looking for, but to get to know me as well. He was inviting, kind, and fair. What shocked me the most however was his fair prices. When everyone and their kin are jumping on the scalping bandwagon, he goes out of his way to keep his prices super reasonable. There were a number of times that he could have made a bit more off of some of our transactions, but in the name of integrity, simply chose not to. These are just a few reasons why 90% of my business is done with Pluzza. This area has needed a solid comic shop for a long time. I give them 5 stars in all aspects! See you guys soon!
Walked in a few days ago just to check things out. The owner introduced himself, asked what I collect, and actually took the time to write down my name and number to let me know when Magic cards would be in. Fast forward to today—I walk in the door and he says, “Dale! I was literally about to call you!” That kind of customer service? Unheard of these days. Even better? He didn’t price-gouge. Final Fantasy packs were $6.99—exactly where they should be. While other stores around here are charging nearly double just because they can, this guy kept it fair and honest. That’s the kind of place I want to spend my money. Yeah, the shop’s small for now—but it’s got heart, integrity, and someone running it who actually gives a damn. I hope it grows, because it deserves to. If you're tired of scalpers, overpriced packs, and owners who don’t remember your face five minutes later—go here instead. This is how a real community starts.
